Conversations use your account’s credits. Business includes 200 credits per month and Scale includes 500; additional usage is charged at your plan’s rate. Starter is pay-as-you-go. Queue time is not billed. See Your subscription, balance top-up section, for the equivalent conversation time.
Do included credits roll over?
No. Included credits renew each month and do not roll over. They are shared across the account’s avatars and sessions. Each simultaneous conversation uses its own credits.
How do I choose a new plan?
Use the contact form or Your subscription in your account to explore the plans. Your existing subscriptions and balances do not change without action from you.
