What is HoloAI?
A platform for creating conversations with a 3D avatar. Set its appearance, voice and personality, add your knowledge, then share a link or embed it on your website.
Do I need a holographic display?
No. The online experience runs in a desktop or mobile browser. For a turnkey physical installation, Hyperhol provides equipment and support.
Can I create an avatar from my photo?
Yes. Our Avatar Creator studio offers photo-based creation from €100 excluding VAT, with an available standard outfit. Bespoke clothing costs extra, based on a quote. You need rights to the photo and the depicted person’s permission.
What can I customize?
The character, available outfits and hairstyles, voice, personality, gestures and catalogue background settings. More hairstyle, hair color and skin tone options are planned; unreleased features are marked “coming soon”.
How do I add my knowledge?
In your workspace, define its role and add reference documents to the knowledge base. Test its answers, adjust instructions and update documents when your information changes.
Who chooses contextual gestures?
You enable actions and assign animations from the collection. The AI can then trigger a wave, a nod, a head shake or another configured action to match the conversation. Idle, listening and talking animations are set separately.
What does one active avatar mean?
These new plans provide one active avatar per account. On paid plans, several people can talk to the same avatar in parallel; this does not create separate characters.
How do concurrent sessions work?
Several visitors can talk to your avatar. Our team sizes concurrent capacity for your project; each session uses credits. Sessions last up to 20 minutes on Essentiel or 60 minutes on Business. Free allows one concurrent session of up to two minutes, with a watermark.
What resolution and credit usage apply to previews?
These plans provide 1080p for Free and Essentiel and up to 4K UHD for Business. 4K still requires verification on the production configuration and a compatible server, connection and device; resolution may decrease with conditions. Customization previews do not deduct conversation credits. Calls do use credits.
Are these new plans available now?
These plans are available on request from our team. Activation and terms are confirmed before subscription. Automatic checkout in the customer workspace currently retains the existing plans; this page does not change your subscription.

HoloAI grew from the collaboration between Oversea Production, through its HyperHOL brand specializing in holography since 2015, and Raspiaudio’s passionate engineering team.
